Interesting Info

So I’m the EHS manager for a large manufacturing company. I brought in a 3rd party to conduct some ergonomic classroom training and the instructor was a chemical engineer before he got into safety and industrial hygiene. As a chem e, he said he worked in the vegetable oil industry and broke down the refining process for vegetable oils. I brought up the anti-seed oil movement, and he said it’s completely justified. The amount of chemicals the oils are refined with is absolutely disgusting. Thought it was interesting to hear it come from an ex-producer.
