Can’t Connect to Online

Hi everyone. As the title says, I go to play and it gives me an error when I try to access franchise mode, something like “error connecting to the franchise server.” I’ve restarted my console, the game, my router and even deleted my old save data and uninstalled and reinstalled the game. I’m starting fresh after about a year of not playing, so I’m really frustrated it’s not working.
