Recovery time from explant to flat

I’m 39 and had a double mastectomy with reconstruction in June 2024. I have never gotten used to my implants and I think they are causing circulation issues in my hands. Whenever I fall asleep and my hands are above my chest, I wake up and they’re completely numb. Can anyone help me get an idea of what the recovery time is like from having implants to going flat after a double mastectomy?
