Bardon’s Initiation Into Hermetics - What does a well balanced, fully realized individual look like?

I was doing Bardon’s work for a while, over two years. Gave up on it a few months ago… but now it’s calling me back. I think I needed a break from it is all, and to learn new things and change perspectives. Thinking about going back to the system but I’ll have to think about it.

One thing that did bother me however is that you’re expected to become an elemental balanced person, to get rid of your flaws and purify yourself before reaching Stepp iii. And you see I’m not sure what that even means because it’s not like you can become this perfect person in a few years time even with magical means, or at least I don’t think so. And so I never knew when it was time to progress to steel III. Anybody else on the system?thoughts ?
