What mob causes this redundant jumpscare

I hate whatever mod is causing this jumpscare because literally every 30 seconds this same jumpscare happens over and over again its not even funny or scary anymore its just pissing me off.

in this world i have the tape_37 modpack but i updated the mods and also added the Chuchoteur.

Im thinking its the Chuchoteur mod because i just added that but i never seen this in any of the videos i watched of the mod so i have no clue.

Please help im actually losing my mind with this jumpscare
