Packout Drawers for outside all weather work

Contemplating adding a set of the Packout Drawers to the stack but with myself working in various indoor and outdoors conditions was curious how everyone's drawers hold up to rain,snow and dust etc while working in outdoor environments?

Do you find they get lots of dust or water from the various elements you encounter during your work days?
