Why have there been emergency vehicles at Totem Park for the past couple days???

I've noticed when looking out to the street from my window for the past 2 days, there have been fire trucks called to cesnaem. ??? I went down to do my laundry on monday and saw a bunch of first responders or fire fighters and one or two non fire fighters (like residents). It happens between 11pm and 2am in the morning. Does anybody know why?
