Armory folk - Car Horns, Alarms, proctor Cellphones, Music, Police sirens.

I thought there were distractions when I took the bar the first time but wtf was that. The person holding on to their car horn throughout both AM and PM sessions, there were multiple proctors with their phones on loud just going off during the AM session then along with the constant police sirens and whoever had some big ass amps on their car playing that music during the PM. It was the loudest most distracting testing experience I’ve ever had. I was reading almost every question Twice 💀🥴
