Got my refund and credit karma is holding it hostage.

I am actively homeless right now and there locked 6600$ from my tax returns away from me! They froze it the minute that I received a email about my taxes being accepted! Now im sleeping on the streets I have no food I have been sobbing like crazy I dont know what to do.. but it did hit... woo hooooo.....
