Beware- The company called S*mtrak Soln Is a scam

They will offer you internships at various domains but will make you do work of marketing mostly or cold calling.
Few months back I used to work with this company and they used me at its best that too it was unpaid internship.
If your internship is for 3 months they will try extending it to 4 months or more by disapproving your work.
I left th company within few months itself, never had power to contribute more to that useless organisation who just uses intern.
They wont pay you anything will hold meetings every now and then, shout at you and if you will not speak for yoursel those so called heads will be exploiting you.
I left my internship within 1.5 months because of the toxicity.
You have to keep your video on while your scheduled time always apart from that you have to be present for every meetings as well.
One intern worked their he left the company within 2 months because he was nit even getting his stipened which was 2k per month on time, they said they will give it to him next month but another month they only gave him 1250 out of 4000 saying his work was not sufficient( He worked 6+ hours and had 6 months internship )

Please just beware.
They will say your domain is hr, Gm, digital marketing etc but will scam you.

u have to complete 75 days to get ur internship certificate, which excludes holidays + saturday and sunday.
