First Time on Reta. Wondering how bad I messed up

So as the title says, first time trying peptides ever.

I pushed tap water into the vial to constitute it and then injected it. It's still in liquid form in the vial. I did remember to refrigerate it at least.

Is that vial ruined and what practices should I be performing?
