Odyssey of Sea June

Hello, we are on the Greek Isles tour 6/10-21. We stop in Santorini and my teen daughter wants to go to Volkan on the Rocks for sunset dinner/movie. I am curious if we will have plenty of time to do this and make it back to ship before 10:00 pm. Also, has anyone else done fun things while in Santorini? Would love to have some must see recommendations. Thanks in advance for advice!
