Not able to screenshot

3K doesn't allow me to take screenshots. Also when I pull out the windows search thing, 3K automatically goes away and it for some reason makes my other things (chrome) small.

So basically, other apps don't work with 3K. If I do bring them up, 3K goes away.

How to fix?
