What’s your favorite fried rice?

I’m recovering from surgery and a friend sent a DoorDash gift card. I’d like to get some fried rice. My favorite in Spokane is crab fried rice from Our Thai House. They’re not on DoorDash, so it’s time to expand my horizons.

I like flavor, but not heat. For example, my very favorite is pork fried rice from Din Tai Fung—a bit of a drive. So, think mild, 0-1 star, shame-to-one’s-family kind of palate.
