PSA: It is currently profitable to cast bones to bananas.

I've seen a lot of people asking how to make gold, so I just wanted to let everyone know that you can easily make gold by casting bones to bananas. This requires just 15 magic and it can be done in f2p.

The method: Buy bones for ~30gpea, buy nature runes for ~100gpea, and use either a staff of earth or water. This results in a cost of ~110gp per cast of bones to bananas. If you have 26 bones in your inventory, you'll be looking at a profit of 390gp, minus the 110gp spend on runes, since bananas usually sell for 45gpea. So that's 280gp of pure profit for every inventory of bones you convert into bananas.

If you're a member, you can even wear a mud battlestaff, which saves you 10gp per cast, and allows you to convert 27 bones per inventory for additional profit. The best part? You're also getting free magic experience while you do this.
