[TOMT] [2000s-2010s] Movie where a little boy vomits in the back of his dad's car and then while he's distracted, the car ends up getting hit by a semi-truck, then the boy ends up in a coma and a girl tries to wake him up using pizza?

Sorry if this is too vague I don't know this is like a distant memory from when I was little. I'm 17yo so I would say Ive seen this maybe 12 or so years ago?

Some additional info that might be helpful is that the mom was mad at the father and she was blaming him and he was blaming himself, and there were scenes where you could see what the boy was doing in the coma, and the girl being there with him.
