naturalisation absences sense check - thoughts appreciated!

Hello all, I appreciate this question gets asked a lot but I would still appreciate your thoughts on this. Thinking of applying for naturalisation in May. On the date I have in mind, my absences in the past 5 years total 483, while absences in the past 12 months are 90. I know the 483 puts me slightly over the 480 discretionary threshold. I’m not sure how big an issue this is and if I should wait a few more weeks to get down to 480? I would rather not wait if possible for reasons to do with travel plans.

I satisfy all the other criteria.
