Does ZipPass issue refunds for passes that haven’t been activated?

I somehow mistakenly bought the winter quarterly pass instead of the single ride ticket. I don’t use the bus enough for $100 to be worth a pass, and since the app is closing soon, I don’t even think I’d get the full value from it anyways.

I haven’t activated the pass yet if that matters, and tomorrow I’m going to call, but since their customer service line is closed for the day, I was just hoping someone here might know the answer to put me at ease until then
