Hi! So a while back I created a TTRPG that was somewhat popular called [Power Outage](https://www.drivethrurpg.com/en/product/266133/power-outage-core-guide-book). It was a tabletop role-playing game meant to be for kids but just as fun for adults.

Its been a while, and Ive been getting deeper into the LitRPG novels and I thought I'd take a shot at writing one. But since I haven't seen many LitRPGs you can let your kids read/listen to, and since I have basically already created a world full of lore, characters, and mechanics, I thought, hey, why not make a LitRPG for kids?!

So thats what Im starting. Ive got a personal outline for a 5 book series that is meant to grow with kids, but again, hopefully be an enjoyable read for adults.

It'll center around a kid named Malcolm and his journey into becoming a hero in a world already filled with heroes and villains. I plan on it being a bit silly, filled with puns, but hopefully also carrying some impactful moments.

The first book in the series is called Power Outage: The Last Bar

The prologue and chapter 1 are out on Royal Road, and my plan is to try to keep to a chapter a week schedule (with some variation)

Anyway, I'd love it if you could give it a chance and let me know what you think.
