My weirdest Airport date

This happened a couple of days ago at the airport. I usually don't approach anyone while I am in uniform just to keep things professional, but I saw this girl and she was extremely attractive. I thought why not and decided to go say hi.

We had some small talk and I asked if she wanted to grab a coffee. She said yes, so we sat down and started chatting. At first it was fine. She was really interested in my job and kept asking about pilot life and aviation. I answered her questions and shared a few stories.

But after a while it started to feel like I was giving career guidance instead of being on a date. Every time I tried to change the topic and ask about her interests and her life, the conversation somehow went right back to flying. I was getting tired because it felt like I was the only one trying to make it balanced.

At the end she asked for my number. I did not really feel the vibe and after that full aviation seminar I just wanted to leave, so I ended up giving her a fake number. We said goodbye and that was it. Definitely one of my weirdest dates.
