Soft n cvnt questions

Are there any traits or characteristics that distinguish soft n cvnt from dramatics? I’ve read that fluidity, elegance, and control are important while walking, but I’m wondering if there are official do’s and don’ts.

Also is there any clearer ways to separate it from Old Way like a FQ? I know femqueens brought softness to vougging, but how can I tell if its VF or Oldway like a FQ?
