GoogleFit recommendations (android)

I have been hanging into my InspireHr for far too long and it is finally giving up on me. I need some good recommendations for modern smart watches with minimal features that will automatically sync to the Google Fit app (hate having to reopen FitToFit every couple days to make sure everything is synced).

I work a Healthcare job so I can't have my phone on me during patient care.

All I'm really looking for is good step tracker, pulse check, be able to check notifications from my phone, decent battery life (not having to charge every other day), automatic compatibility with the GoogleFit app, and something that doesn't break the bank.

I'm so far removed from smart watches on the market it is overwhelming.
