I think I’m done

Hate to make a rant post but I think it’s over for me as a small businessman. There’s just too much, nothing fits for my business and it’s going to put me in the ground early.

Latest kick is the 401k. I am required to offer a retirement plan but I have a ton of young college aged kids who come and go. Because of new legislation many of them will windup enrolled in my 401k automatically.

Cool, except most don’t want it and then I’ll be paying a monthly fee indefinitely. On to if this, I can’t even contribute as an owner because I won’t pass compliance testing.

I’ve just had enough.
