GPU USAGE

So I was wondering, is it possible to increase GPU usage? When playing BF6 I am using about 75% GPU and like 94% CPU. And that’s with high settings FSR QUALITY. Not really sure what else to do to use more GPU? When I seen other ppl play on YouTube using the WIN 5 they have 94% GPU, and 75% CPU. If someone can help me I would greatly appreciate it. I have the WIN 5 385.
