No tox at Filler outlet?

I'm only a light DIYer and mostly just stick to my innotox from filler outlet. I'm due for some and see innotox is now hard to find. But even more disheartening is that I don't see any tox available on filler outlet.

I avoid meamo because of the professional certificate thing they were requesting. Do they still do that? Or where is the next easiest place to buy tox these days?
