RLM Server issue

I'm not sure what change took place this year and I've tried core files that have been successful for other members of my league, but I'm experiencing significant shaking of other cars in the corners.

I've changed the modem set speed setting in the core and have deleted and Imported all the ones the other members of my league use but I've had no luck. Anyone else experience this?

I've got standard 500mbps Xfinity Internet and I don't think latency is the issue, my connection is super stable and this is completely new but consistent for me this year.

We use RLM servers and recently switched to their higher bandwidth option that I've gathered so I'm not sure if there's a port I need to whitelist or any setting I need to adjust?
