UMR vs MSU Nursing BSN?

Hi! I'm debating between going to the University of Minnesota's Rochester campus nursing program and the one at the Minnesota State University Mankato. I'm an international student who is transferring, and not sure which program is better? can anyone give me advice when considering cost, post graduation employment, campus culture, and faculty rigor?

I like that UMR is connected to Mayo Clinic, but also MSU seems to be very welcoming to international students.

I'm having a hard time deciding between the two, send help plz!!
