HRT stopped working

I’ve been on HRT nearly 6 months, but around 3 months ago, it stopped working.

I say this because I was extremely responsive, especially for a microdose, with visible changes, such as growth, only 2 weeks in, and a near instant mood change hours in, from severe depression to perfectly functional. But as of the past 3 months there hasn’t been any new development. My voice, mood, muscle, growth, are noted the exact same since December.

Does this have to do with the early response, or is it over? It just seems too early for it to already be done. There hasn’t been any new diets, workouts, sleep schedules, or impactful changes except for dose increase from microdose to regular.
