question about renting a personal car through Uber for a day

Rented an SUV for a family trip, Pickup in the morning drop off at night. while doing it thru uber, the car was via Avis. did all the insurance options on the Uber app, everything confirmed, reserved. got an email today via Avis for a pre-check in. went ahead and did it, but they too offered basically the same insurance options which I opted for not realizing my subtotal would go from $168 to $275 afterwards. are both insurance/liability options the same and do I need to opt for both on Uber AND Avis? Or should I just stick to one over the other?
