35F, I have this weird finding an ER doctor didn't fully explain.

They said I need to get an MRI from a CT I got of my leg.... I went in to the ER because I felt off and out of it, my leg was swelling up, I have HS (hidderanitis suppurativa) and I had an old scar tissue spot act up, tunnel and start bleeding from behind my knee and I was feeling hardened spots of leg in my calf.

I am worried the findings are something bad (I've also had issues with androgens and my hormones are normal but I have facial hair growing heavier than I am used to besides the occasional chin hair and am fatigued and completed drained. My hair has been thinning, acne issues around my chin and I am just about out of answers. So before I go back to my pcp at the UofM and feel dismissed again... any ideas?
