I’m ready to rip off my vulva

Hey all! I’m desperate, and I’ve been to 16 doctors appts in the past 2 months. I’ll keep it simple:

• swelling in vulva 1 week before period started
• no abnormal discharge or smells, but hella itchy at the start!
• no pain with urination, I have vaginimus so no sex anyways
• tested negative for CV, BV, STDs, STIs, herpes, everything. Genuinely.
• derm said it’s very likely contact dermatitis, I’m getting a full panel test done but I have to wait 4 weeks. In the meantime, I’ve used hydrocortisone that’s helped with the itching but the swelling is persistent.
• I’ve tried switching soaps, I only wear cotton underwear, I rarely take baths, I switched to bamboo toilet paper at home, I don’t shave
• just got a small pea sized white pimple that is hard to the touch and pretty tender near my vaginal opening on the right side, but entire vulva is swollen on both sides.

I’ve had a clitoral abscess drained in the past (with 3 more that never got as bad prior to that), I have PCOS, vaginismus, and am in a lesbian relationship where I don’t insert anything or use lube that irritates me.

Anyone have experience like this? It’s so infuriating, and my quality of life is constantly in limbo because of this stupid organ I can’t control. I’m so tired. I wish I wasn’t born a woman, but I love being a woman. I hate it all.

I have a doctors appointment with a PCP this Friday, and I JUST had an appt with my gyn yesterday who said it looked like it was improving, only for today to see the pimple and a little more swelling. The gyn is always so booked, so PCP is my best option for now.

I need help for anyone with ideas or can tell me it’s probably just a pimple from allergies???
