Teen worried abt possible prolapse

So I got into anal a few months ago and it’s amazing but over these past months my insides feel kinda squishy when I push with my fingers in my ass and it kinda feels like a squishy tube and I saw it, it looked kinda like a rosebud but only had the smallest part come out, when I take breaks it shrinks in size barely. It all started like three months ago when I tried a longer tentacle and it went in a fare bit and it hasn’t really gone away. I think it’s probably inflammation but it doesn’t hurt and it also has no pressure and it only flares up a lot if I stick a toy up there also my sphincter is pretty strong so I have to open my ass up if I wanna possibly see it. I’m worried because I don’t want a small prolapse and if it is I hope it heals on its own from a month long break.
