Fridge afci tripping

Redid our kitchen just under 5 years ago. The afci for the fridge has been tripping a few times a year since we completed remodel. It’s tripped twice this week and I’ve lost patience.

I was just going to swap out the arc, but worried it might be a damaged wire.

How can I check for issues with the wire?

The fridge is the only thing on this branch.
