Did my doctor give me to low a dosing when switching to estradiol cypionate?

I was on 0.25 ML of 20 MG/ML valerate weekly, but it was giving some skin irritation and ichyness so I was switched to cypionate; however, when I saw 0.25 ML of 5 MG/ML (2MG) for a weekly dose, it seemed super low compared to the valerate.

I did my valerate instead, and am wondering if im getting hoed on this. The doctor said it was going to be lower becuase cypionate stays in your system longer, but like everything I saw online, it is significantly less and not enough.

No blocker, only like 7 months in

Should I do a higher dose, or demand they increase the amount? If so, how much?
