Has any party envisioned subsidized co-working spaces, public libraries in their election manifesto?

Discussion

At least sansad ma gayera yo kura uthaune koi hola? I am from tech background and believe me when I say this (I am student so far), the study rooms can be life changing. India has it. But Nepal ma IDK why every study rooms start from Rs.3500 per month.

There are public libraries but they are more like sarkari offices rather than libraries.

Autonomous libraries should be there which can be run 24x7.

Likewise if we want more freelancers, should not we subsidize co-working spaces?

Likewise laptops should be cheaper by allowing more people to import it. And not putting license raj in it.
