OCI app error need urgent help

Hello,

I am trying to fill the OCI application, stuck at first stage, when I give my spouse DoB the save button gets disabled so not able to proceed to next step. I tried with different browsers, In cognito nothing works. Need some serious help. Checked the browser console it gives some eval error.
