if someone were to purposely be rude to waitresses what would happen?

basically if some guy repeatedly kept going to a certain restaurant and was purposely being rude to all the waitresses so that they would spit in his food would he get banned? would anyone suspect anything? would it count as sexual harassment since he’s turned on by them spitting in his food?

also bonus question if a guy purposely said horrible things just to be degraded by people would that be sexual harassment or sum?
