Ideal Can Inc. in Saint-Apollinaire, QC is posting a mechanical engineering technician role at $34.65/hr as a TFW position. It's interesting to see such a specialized technician spot flagged for temporary foreign workers right in rural Quebec. Does the employer detail what local recruitment efforts were made before pursuing a TFW? One wonders if this wage draws enough qualified Canadians from nearby areas. Share this with any Canadians you know who might qualify to help get them in the door, and post it to Facebook or X communities so more folks can apply.
