2024 CC / 12” radio into a 2023

So I have found a donor truck that is a 2024 STX that has a good center console and a 12” screen. I will be swapping these parts into a 2023 xlt that has an 8” screen and jump seat.

I have found a few articles that say it’ll work but I’m trying to figure out for sure before I take a drive.
