Offered 80k welcome bonus on Amex Gold, denied card later

I'm new to credit cards and I have a discover and just got a Capital One credit card
Today I used a youtube refferal link to apply for the amex gold and got an 80k welcome bonus
But I didn't accept it and later tried to apply for it (yes on the same day, yeah I know it might be stupid af) but I got denied

What can I do to get the offer back? 🥲 I have regrets
