125 Blue Jays Way — Still a Nightmare?

Hey everyone.

Thinking about moving into 125 Blue Jays Way (King Blue condos) and hoping to get some recent experiences/resident opinions from the past year or so.

I’ve read a bunch of older reviews telling people to avoid the building, but I’ve also heard management has changed recently and some things have improved.

Specifically:

-Are issues like elevators, fire alarms, and repairs still a problem?

-What do people pay for electricity/hydro per month on average (1BR/2BR)?

-Are amenities open? And are they good? How is the visitor parking situation?

Overall do you recommend renting here? Any insights from current or recent residents would be amazing!
