need some advice

I have a 2002 Honda Accord with 256k miles. Problems started slowly like one day I turned it on and died and then ran fine. It then turned into misfires when hot and now has evolved into misfires that make the car feel like a 2011 Corvette with the biggest and cheapest cam someone could find. I have changed the spark plugs and verified the egr is fine. These are the engine codes I have P1259,P1399, P0300-P0306 except for cylinder 1. Thank you for any info yall have.
