Artifacts on Nilou/ Columbina team

Quick question, is it better to put Nilou on SMS and go full Hp and put lauma on 2pc 2pc em set? Or 2pc 2pc hp on Nilou and sms full em on lauma? Assuming deep wood and dps set on nahida and Columbia.
