Any tips on making money from your server without making it p2w?

It’s really frustrating hearing everyone say no pay to win kits but then I see all these fully populated servers with p2w kits and people paying monthly for them?! On top of paying for prio?

What am I suppose to do? lol just have a rust server and never make any kind of return?
