Pinworms in my 4 year old

Welp, it happened. My toddler is being treated for pinworms because her butt has been super itchy for some time.

What is killing me is the crying and no sleep at night. During the day we take extra baths and use hydrocortisone cream to help the itch BUT omg, I’m so tired and I feel so bad for her at night.

She just took the RX yesterday but the said it could take 5-7 days to help with the itching. I keep seeing all over here that they’ve had to do more than one treatments. I’m so scared.

Has anyone found anything that helps with the itch overnight for them?
