MacBook Pro vs Air

Hi,

Sorry if this has been answered already. Our office is moving from desktop computers to laptops for a more remote office environment.

When purchasing an Apple laptop for work is the MacBook Air or Pro better?

The programs we use are office 365 and cloud based websites.

The laptop would need to be able to be plugged in to a monitor and display on 2 screens.

Thanks for the help :)
