LUCID TRADING SCAMMED ME

Im not the type what so ever to create threads or report reviews. but I am absolutely disgusted with this platform and their malicious acts. i purchased a $50k flex account after failing to pass my initial one. and had went over to the dashboard to remove the account that the dashboard option gives you. since their website was lagging and bugging . i deleted my failed Evaluation 2 times since it never registered the first time. and it had rolled over onto my new evaluation I had purchased due to a technical error. and now they are refusing to refund me my money. on top of that, I was banned from the discord asking for help, and even blocked on their instagram account and mimicked and mocked by the individual running the account. its truly disappointing having to deal with these issues as I did look forward to doing business with this company. I am charging back my payment and reporting them to a financial beau service that handles fraudulent company acts. after repeated inquiries and polite tickets for help. explaining in detail the issue they still refused to give me my money for a service I paid for. absolutely horrific disgusting and Terrible
