Want to apply for ICICI platinum should I ?

I had applied For Icici platinum card on behalf of my father in the month of August 2025 and got rejected idk why maybe some document issues

As of now he has two secure cards Idfc wow And Supermoney Both 1yr + no payment default

Credit score 779

Should I apply for it or not he is a retired army guy 47yo pension 60k But I will apply offline bcz the area where I live have some problems with online kyc .....
