ADO Customer Service

I placed an order for a Titan Swap from ADO at the beginning of February, totaling about $4,500 (Fox 2.0s, OEM parts, and upgraded leaf packs). Unfortunately, the communication has been disappointing so far.

The day after placing the order, I received an email asking me to confirm the spring rates. I responded right away and also included a few additional questions, but those questions were completely ignored. The responses I’ve received overall have been very brief and lacking detail. After confirming that the 550 lb springs would work, I didn’t receive any follow-up acknowledgment or updated lead time information.

The next day, I followed up to ask about lead time and was told 1–2 weeks for shipping. That seemed reasonable to me; I’ve worked in e-commerce sales before, so I understand that assembling larger orders can take time.

About a week later, I returned from a trip to find boxes containing part of my OEM order sitting on my front porch. They had apparently been there for three days. I never received a tracking number or shipment notification, which was frustrating since the parts could have easily been stolen.

Shortly after that, the remaining OEM parts arrived in a separate shipment. Again with no tracking information or shipping notice. Those boxes also sat outside until I returned from a work trip the next day. If I had received tracking details, I could have arranged for a neighbor to move them into my garage. Instead, there was no communication at all.

After two weeks, I emailed again to ask for an update on the remaining items and when they might ship. I received no response. It’s now been over 14 business days (about three weeks) since the purchase date, and I still haven’t received any updates.

Has anyone else had a similar experience? At this point, I’m starting to feel uneasy about the lack of communication.
