I was using a couple of online NL to cron apps. I spent a weekend on this and with a little help from Claude code I built a tiny native MacOS app that lives in your menu bar that can translate NL to cron and explain cron expressions. It's offline, no signup, no data collection, and free. It does have a tip jar, but it's fully optional. If you have any feedback, there is a feedback email address on the website. Happy to fix any issues and add more features if you find it useful.
